Kim Varnadore

A graduate of Florida State University, Austin brings a wealth of marketing knowledge as well as life insurance experience to the team. His positive outlook and natural ability to coach and encourage others are some of his greatest strengths!

Austin serves as Office Manager, assists in training and coaching the team, as well as being a member of the Acquisition Team.

He and his wife Cindy recently celebrated their first year wedding anniversary !

A former catering manager for a local restaurant, Daniella joined the team in 2022. Her solid work ethic, organizational skills and calm demeanor make her an asset to our team!

Daniella is the Team Leader for our Customer Care Department. As a licensed property and casualty team member, she helps customers make changes to their policies and ensures they are receiving all applicable discounts.

In her spare time, Daniella enjoys spending time with her son and daughter.

This Georgia peach recently moved to Florida and joined Team Varnadore!

Emily has an extensive customer service background and although she is the newest member of our team, serving customers is not new to her. She will be one of the first faces you see when you walk into the office.

As the Office Representative, Emily assists customers with payments and billing questions. She manages the team's calendar and schedules policy reviews, as well assist with Drive Safe and Save set up.

If sunshine could be a person, it would be Megan! Not only is she a Lake County, FL native, Megan is a former nurse and has spent several years in the insurance industry prior to joining the Kim Varnadore State Farm Agency.

Megan leads the Acquisition Team and is passionate about educating others on the role insurance has in protecting the things they work hard for. You will also see her representing our agency in the community at various community events.

Megan holds a property and casualty license as well as a life & health license.

A native of Michigan, Michelle relocated to Florida in 2020. She joined Kim's team in 2023 and brings over 13 years' experience in serving State Farm customers. Michelle is a member of our New Neighbor team and works with customers who are new to State Farm.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys soaking up the FL sun, hanging out at the beach and doing crafts.

Renee is our part time virtual Customer Care team member. Although she works from home, Renee's presence in the day-to-day activities of the office is vital. She serves our team and customers by working customer follow up reports and assisting with customer retention.

Renee has been part of the agency since 2015. Her positive energy and joyful heart are contagious!

Jasmine joined the team as a front desk Office Representative, but quickly promoted to a Customer Care team member. She currently works remotely with Kim's office and several other State Farm Agents providing critical administrative support to ensure a quality customer experience.

Jody is our part time Office Assistant. She has been serving State Farm customers for over 7 years. While Jody is not customer facing, she plays a vital roll in delivering outstanding service to our customers by following up on outstanding documents, making reminder calls to our customers, and following up on issued policies.
