"Stevie quoted me price for car insurance when I came in to pay one of her employees gave me a different price I asked why did it go up? He told me my quote was over a month old which really it was only two weeks old and I showed her the email she didn’t know what to say and didn’t know what to do so I said well I’ll just go elsewhere so Stevie called me back and told me it was just a push the button. I asked her why did her employee lie to me that she went on to make 1 million excuses couldn’t even admit to a mistake so they lost my business. It’s terrible when people can’t take ownership for what they do. I wasn’t brought up that way. I made a mistake. I said I made a mistake but I guess Stevie wasn’t."
