Kim Varnadore State Farm is seeking a service-oriented and sales-driven Multiline Representative who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer care, and confidently recommending insurance solutions that protect individuals and families throughout Central Florida.
This role blends high-level service with proactive sales. You will support existing customers, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to grow coverage through needs-based conversations. Florida Licensing Requirements
Florida requires proper state licensing to sell and service insurance products.
For this role
- An active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license or 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) license is required prior to starting in the office.
- If not currently licensed, you must obtain the appropriate Florida Property & Casualty license before your Day 1 start date.
- Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license must be obtained within 45 days of starting.
Full licensing support, guidance, and resources are provided to help you complete the process successfully.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide clear, accurate coverage information
- Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently recommend appropriate auto, home, renters, and life insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and close policies while delivering a professional, service-first experience
- Support policy updates, renewals, and service requests while identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Florida insurance regulations
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to generate new business
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and office production goals
